Follow-Up


When you make dough for a photo shoot, you have to do SOMETHING with it, right?

Right!
Found this afternoon in New Jersey


Shells are blind-baked, chanterelles are braised with shallots,
a custard blend is in place and so are the parmesan shavings.



35 minutes at 325 F
